Dr. Willi is a frequent speaker at policy conferences and he lectures regularly to academic and policy audiences. He currently holds a position at the Diplomatic Academy in Vienna, where he teaches a course titled: "The Middle East from 1914-2024: History, Geopolitics, Political Economy", whose objective is to provide students with a solid understanding of the Middle East's historical evolution during the last century and appreciate the region's growing relations with the Global South, including China.
